RAISE $1 MILLION FOR LEGACY
Stuart Willson and I are planning to ride our motorbikes from London to Gallipoli in 2015 to raise money for Legacy...
The countries we plan to go through are France, Italy, Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia, Herzegovina, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Greece and Turkey. This is a rough route at the moment but we don't want to make this an easy ride so we want a bit of a challenge. The way back isn't decided yet but we will either go back the way we came or Stu and I will go south through Syria, Jordan, Egypt, Libya, Algeria, Morocco and Spain.
Above all we would like to honor the memories of the Australian, New Zealand, Turkish, British, French Indian and any other soldier who fought at Gallipoli. It's not common for us to be able to celebrate the 100th anniversary of anything so we feel privileged to be able to participate in the 100th anniversary of Anzac Day.
If you are not familiar with the Gallipoli campaign Take the Tour and read the summarized story of courage and sacrifice from both sides. Then continue on and read about the inspirations that have made us want to do this. If at the end of this you are as moved as we were then JOIN us on our epic adventure.
We are looking for sponsors to help us push the project along and help us hit the $1,000,000 mark. The big target is a project that will not only provide a perfect platform for sponsors to be recognised on a national scale. Sponsorship can be as simple as free advertising for the event to logistical assistance. We think you will find our values will match that of your business.
